I. Product Coding
a. Please indicate, approximately, how many codes you will need to assign to different products over the next 3 years, so that we can issue you the appropriate Company Prefix.
Please note that each trade item (product or service) that differs in packaging and/or content from another is assigned a separate, unique GTIN (Global Trade Item Number). The same GTIN is assigned to all trade items with identical characteristics.
If so, please confirm with us whether EAN-13 barcodes can be applied; otherwise, a GTIN-8 code may be required.
If yes, please confirm through your local trading partner that EAN-13 barcodes are acceptable. Otherwise, you may need a UPC code.
II. Location Identification

If yes, the terms and conditions for issuing and using UDI codes apply, as uploaded on the website www.gs1greece.org/en/terms-of-use and where are occasionally amended, which you declare that you acknowledge and unconditionally accept by signing this application.
D) MEMBERSHIP LEVEL
