1. Decision No. 3401/2012 of the Single-Member Court of First Instance of Athens (Voluntary Jurisdiction Division), which dismissed a third-party objection filed by the company currently named 520 Barcode Hellas S.A. against the Association and ruled:
• That the Association is the sole entity in Greece authorized by the International GS1 Organization to issue and manage GS1 barcodes with the prefixes 520 and 521, as well as to use the GS1 community trademarks.
• That the above-mentioned company has no rights whatsoever to manage the GS1 prefixes 520 and 521 or to manage the GS1 system in Greece in any way.
2. Decision No. 2008/932/C of June 20, 2008, by the Brussels Court of First Instance, which rejected a request for interim measures filed by the company currently named 520 Barcode Hellas S.A. and upheld the counterclaim of the International GS1 Organization, prohibiting the company:
• From presenting itself to any third party as a member organization of GS1 or exercising the rights associated with that status in relation to the management of GS1 international standards (e.g., managing GS1 barcodes with the prefix 520).
• From using the GS1 textual and visual trademarks in any corporate material or communication medium.
3. Decision No. 2008/KR/202 of September 3, 2009, by the Brussels Court of Appeal (interim measures procedure), which upheld the findings of the above-mentioned Decision No. 2008/932/C of the Brussels Court of First Instance.
4. Decision No. 258/21.12.2009 of the Brussels Court of First Instance, which rejected a lawsuit filed by the company currently named 520 Barcode Hellas S.A., seeking to annul the decision expelling it from membership in the International GS1 Organization.
5. Decision No. 2890/3.4.2015 of the Brussels Court of Appeal, which confirmed the withdrawal of the appeal filed by the company 520 Barcode Hellas S.A. seeking to overturn Decision No. 258/21.12.2009 of the Brussels Court of First Instance.
6. Decision No. 2803/2011 of the Single-Member Court of First Instance of Athens (Voluntary Jurisdiction Division), which declared the enforceability in Greece of the above-mentioned Decisions No. 2008/932/C and 2008/KR/202, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 44/2001.
7. Decision No. 6187/2012 of the Athens Court of Appeal, which rejected the appeal filed by the company currently named 520 Barcode Hellas S.A. against the aforementioned Decision No. 2803/2011.
8. Judgment of the European Court of Justice on the appeal filed by the Association against the EU Intellectual Property Office concerning the community trademark "520 BARCODE HELLAS."»
